How to measure:
Shoulder width
Measure from the highest point of one shoulder (usually the shoulder line) to the same height on the other shoulder, making sure your back is relaxed and neutral.
Bust
Measure horizontally around the fullest part of your bust to ensure it is neither loose nor tight.
Waist
Measure horizontally around the narrowest part of your waist, usually above your belly button.
