Do your sourcing and manufacturing comply with industry regulations?

We randomly inspect and audit our manufacturing partners, and most of the production staff are Silafu employees. We have put a lot of effort into the manufacturing process and are working hard to ensure our customers. We hope you can give us some time.

Any tips for writing product reviews?

1. The first thing to note is:

  • Focus on the product itself and how you actually feel when using it
  • Provide reasons for what you like or dislike
  • All comments submitted are subject to our stated terms

2. In a civilized society, please pay attention to your words. The content you publish should not include:

  • The product you purchased is not relevant
  • Language that is obscene, discriminatory, offensive or threatening to others, or language inappropriate for a public forum
  • Advertisements, “spam” content or references to other products or websites
  • Email addresses, URLs, phone numbers, physical addresses or other forms of private information
  • Other comments posted on the attack page
  • Inappropriate photos, videos or music
  • Any other brand statement
  • Any information that violates laws and regulations

Can I change/cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped, we may cancel your order. We are unable to make any changes to already processed orders. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can assist you: [email protected].

Can I include a gift receipt with my order?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift receipts.

What are alternate products? When will my order be shipped?

Items on the waiting list are items that we will have back in stock in the near future. When placing an order, an estimated ship date will be listed on the product page. Please note that while this is our best estimate, shipping dates may change. Items on the waitlist will be shipped as soon as they become available. If you order additional items that are not on the waitlist, those items will be shipped until your waitlisted item is back in stock. Please note that items on the waiting list are not eligible for expedited shipping

How do I track my shipment?

You will receive a shipping notification in the mail with your tracking number, in some cases it may take 1-2 business days for the carrier to register the status of your shipment. If your tracking number is not updated or is not working at all, please contact us as soon as possible.

I think my package is lost, what should I do?

If you think your package is lost, you can contact us within 5 days of the estimated delivery date. This ensures we have 5 days to contact the carrier to inquire about delivery. Please note that the “Estimated Delivery Date” is the delivery date stated in your tracking.

How do I check the status of my order?

Click the “View your order” button sent in the order confirmation. You will receive updates via email/SMS once dispatched and again once the courier is ready for delivery.

Do you ship on weekends and holidays?

No, our warehouse employees need a break, too. Therefore, we do not ship any items on weekends or holidays!

What if I can’t find my order number?

Your order number is sent via email and/or text message, but if you cannot find it, please contact us so we can help you find it by your name or email address.

Do I need to pay a return fee?

Yes, return costs are borne by the customer. We will only cover returns if your item is defective or you received an incorrect item, for which we accept full responsibility.

Can I return special offer items?

Online sample sale items are final sale and non-refundable. If applicable, we will always write it on the product page.

I need to exchange sizes/styles but I’m in a hurry. Is there any way to speed this up?

When will the refund be credited to my account?

All refunds will be credited back to your account in the original payment unit after approval. If you do not receive a refund within 7 days, please contact your bank or send an email to [email protected].

Is the item I received broken/not mine?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the item: [email protected]. It’s better to attach pictures for faster review by us, after review, we will send you replacement/correct product or refund the price of the item.

How do I know if my bra has removable bra pads?

If our bras contain removable bra pads, this information will be listed under the “Details” section of the product page.

Why do items of the same color look different in different photos?

The lighting in which a photo is taken affects how colors appear in the photo. Items photographed under bright light often appear brighter than they actually are – this is especially true for shades of blue.

My size is between the sizes on the size guide, can you help?

Please contact us with the products you require and your bust, waist and hip measurements and our customer service team will try to assist you.

Are your clothes the right size?

Most of our clothes are true to size but sometimes vary depending on the supplier. We always try to specify whether something is small or large. On each product, we list the model’s size and what she is wearing along with recommendations, such as sizing up.

Why are there different size charts on the website?

We offer different size charts for different categories and clothing materials, so please refer to the size chart that comes with each product.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard). Please note that some banks may charge users a foreign transaction fee when you pay with a credit card.

Are taxes and duties included in the price?

Order prices do not include taxes and duties. After the package arrives, you may need to pay the corresponding fees according to local customs policies. For details, please consult your local customs office!

In what currency are payments made?

Although the default currency of our website is USD, the prices on our website can be converted accordingly depending on the country of your address.

I ordered something and it’s on sale right now, can you adjust the price?

Our sales and discounts are generally offered within a specific time period, so we are unable to provide price adjustments and the promotional price is already the best price.

Can I stack two promotional codes on the same order?

No, only one promotional code can be used per order. If you’re not sure whether to use a coupon or promotional code, send us an email ( [email protected] ) and we’ll look into the promotion and let you know!

Why is my refund amount different from the amount I paid for my order?

There may be several reasons: 1. The refund amount does not include shipping costs. 2. Depending on the currency unit, the daily exchange rate of the local currency may be different.

How do I use my discount code?

Redeem the discount code and enter it during the checkout process. Discount code can only be used once per purchase. Promotional items are not eligible for discounts.

Why can’t I use an expired discount code?

Each discount code has an expiration date, please check the expiry date carefully before using the discount code to avoid affecting your purchase!

How to use Silafu discount code?

If it’s a discount code, put the item in your shopping bag and proceed to the checkout page. There, you’ll see a place to enter your promotional code. Once added, the system will automatically reduce your total costs to help you save as much as possible. If it is a full discount event, the system will automatically perform full discounts after additional purchases, so you don’t need to worry!

Where are the coupons?

You can get coupon codes in many ways: through ambassadors, referrals from friends, email newsletter subscriptions, social media or various other channels.

Can I use multiple codes for one order?

Sorry, we can only use one Silafu coupon code per order.

Why doesn’t my code work?

If your Silafu code doesn’t work, check: 1. Whether the code is spelled correctly. 2. Whether the code is within the validity period. 3. Whether your order meets the conditions required to use the code. 4. Are you already using another code. 5. Whether the product is a full-price product.
