Returns & Refund
We understand that the product you purchase may not be exactly what you want. Now, returning unwanted stuff is as easy as 1, 2, 3. If the item is unused and has the original tags attached, you may return the item within 15 days for an exchange, store credit, or refund. All goods must be received in original condition and packaging, unused, and accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt or invoice. Due to hygiene reasons, silafu underwear products are not returnable or exchangeable once sold.
Step 1: If you are not satisfied with our product, please first send a message to [email protected]. (It's a good idea to include a picture of the problem and a brief description with your message.)
Step 2: If you would like to request a refund, our customer service team will guide you through the return process. Once the product is received and inspected, we will approve a refund to your payment method.
Step 3: Packing. Place your items (unworn and with tags) and invoice in the original shipping bag (or box) and make sure it is completely sealed.
Step 4: Contact a shipping agent to obtain a shipping label or visit their local store. Place the shipping label on your package (make sure there are no other shipping labels or scannable barcodes). Make sure you can track the package by recording the tracking number on the label.
Shipping usually takes 5 to 15 business days. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for us to inspect the package and prepare the refund. We will send you an email with details.
We strongly recommend that you contact a major shipping agency such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or UPS to ensure the safety of your package. Please note that we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during returns.
● Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, no marks, no pet fur, no stains, with all tags and sanitary liners attached. For hygiene reasons, all underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
● Personalized, customized or promotional items are not eligible for returns.
● Returns must be requested within 15 days from the date of receipt.
● If part or all of your order is returned, the free gift must be returned. If an item is returned without a gift, some or all of the item's MSRP will be deducted from the return value. Free gifts are not exchangeable.
● The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
● This fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you would like to exchange clothing for a different size or color, please write on the delivery/return form which item you would like to exchange. Then follow the return instructions above.
We recommend that if the item you require is shown to be in stock then it is usually best to purchase a replacement item and return the unwanted item for a refund as this will avoid the replacement item being out of stock when your return is shipped to us.

Once a return is received we will process it as quickly as possible, aiming for within a week, but please allow up to two weeks during peak times. Once your refund has been processed, we will send you an email to confirm.
All merchandise returned from overseas should be clearly marked "Return Goods". Overseas returns are only accepted on an Incoterms basis, which means you must pay all shipping costs, taxes and duties required to return the merchandise to us.
Delivery failures due to incorrect, missing or misspelled postal addresses are the responsibility of the customer and are therefore not covered by shipping insurance.
In these cases, exchanges or refunds are not possible. If a package is delivered to the wrong address, the customer will need to contact the courier to try to retrieve the package. If the package is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a refund, minus the handling fee + return shipping charges upon return of the package.
Please include your contact information and a copy of your original receipt. Please note that returns on gift orders will be refunded to the original purchaser's credit card.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take your bank or credit card company some time to process and post the refund.
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued.
